Add all ingredients to the blender. Add milk slowly to the mix and blend it until smooth.
Taste and adjust flavors to suit your needs; you can add extra bananas or you can add few dates for sweetness or more peanut butter for the salty tinge or more cacao (who can say no to chocolate?)
Optional Tips:Add a handful of ice for extra thickness. Post blending for a sometime, you may note that your smoothie is slightly warm. Not everybody likes a warm smoothie. Adding some crushed ice or a bit of ice cold water may do the trick.
You may skip the Peanut butter if you want to make it lighter. In that case, Instead you can also sprinkle some cinnamon powder.
Some people prefer a dash of Sugar to keep balance the sweetness. You may add 1 spoon of sugar in case you prefer a sweet smoothie.
