Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease and place a parchment paper on a loaf tin.
Sift the cocoa, flour, brown and white sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a large bowl. Mix well and then set aside.
In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla and mix well.
Make a dimple in the center of the dry ingredients and add the mixture in step 3 above. Fold and combine with a spatula.
Add few chopped walnuts.
Tip the batter into the greased loan tin, level the top and scatter over some rolled oats and walnuts.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just a crumb or two.
Serve and enjoy with some whipped cream and strawberries!
