In a medium bowl, whisk and combine chilled milk, fresh cream, and powdered sugar till it forms a fluffy, soft peak.
Add Custard Apple / Sitaphal pulp to it and mix it.
Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and place it in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
Soft, creamy, and delicious homemade Custard Apple Ice-cream is ready. Enjoy with friends and family..!

Note: The most intensive part of this process is actually de-seeding the custard apple fruit and extracting the pulp out of it. This might just test your patience. Make sure you keep a clean area while de-seeding and have clean hands. This, of course, is for those like me who have used the fresh fruit and not a processed pulp.
