Instructions
In a large bowl add
thinly sliced
lettuce, cabbage, bell pepper, carrot, mango, cilantro, mint and green onions. Set aside.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, lime juice, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and water.
Add more water if the consistency of the dressing is too thick. Season with salt and pepper, as per taste.
Gradually add the dressing to the salad, toss to coat well. Top with the roasted peanuts.
