Marinate the chicken thighs with Red Chilli powder, Turmeric powder and salt. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Take a frying pan and heat some oil. Add the chicken pieces and cook for around 25 minutes or until the water disappears.Add some more oil, curry leaves and fry the pieces until the top of the chicken is crispy brown while the inside is soft.
Place the cooked chicken on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
